How is my order impacted by COVID-19?
In the face of the growing outbreak in the US, our factories are drastically reducing the staff members to observe social distancing and ensure the maximum safety of our employees. Furthermore, we have increased the safety checks on orders to ensure that all the neccessary safety precautions have been made. Because of reduced staff members and additional safety checks , order preperation can be delayed by up to 12 business days.
How are the overall shipping times impacted by COVID-19?
Many postal services are experiencing nationwide delays, including USPS, FedEx and Canada Post. Domestic shipping can be delayed by up to 5 business days. We encourage you to stay patient and ensure you that your package will still come - unfortunately the shipping delays are out of our hands.
I dont want to wait so long for my package! What about my refund?
We are trying to be as transparent as possible. Due to increased employee risk, overall shipping situation in US and due to the fact that the shipment delay information is available before ordering, we do not currently accept refunds due to long delivery times. We still give full refunds for faulty or bad quality products. Please try to understand that, as a small business, we are sometimes not in control of how COVID-19 impacts us and we cannot promise you fast deliveries during this time. We will still continue to monitor the situation, and update you on future changes!
